Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with the highest distinction) in Theatre and Communications. When she moved into Los Angeles, she became active in the theater arts as she began performing and choreographing roles for more than two dozen musicals and plays like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title parts in Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly began to land film and television roles as she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. Kelly has an unique voice and her small size makes her able to play a variety of characters. Her collaboration with Naomi Watts as Samara the character in The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's most well-known as the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in the main character on TV Land's The Exes, where she was the role of a party-hopper as well as a paralegal in the day. Kelly was also a regular in the role of Alyssa's smart, sassy sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW series No Tomorrow. She's lent her singing soprano to a variety of animated shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. The most recent time she was seen on NBC's cult comedy Superstore as the dim, however adorable Cloud 9 worker. Alongside her husband and two children, she enjoys living a peaceful life.
